Annual Maintenance Contracts

Warranty services and maintenance contracts for all HVAC products and projects are undertaken by MISH ELECTRA LLP in-house facilities management team, backed by a large fleet of fully equipped mobile service vehicles to help cater to customers’ warranty and after sales service needs.
To suit the varying needs and budgets of our customers, we offer both comprehensive and non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts. Our service package covers different types of air conditioning equipment including Split AC unit, Ducted Air Conditioning Units as well as the large-sized Package Units, VRF & Chillers Systems, etc.
Our Scheduled Maintenance or Preventive Maintenance Plan ensures that your air conditioners are running smoothly throughout the year. We undertake a major service as well as minor services during the tenure of the contract and cover the System maintenance accordingly.
